At MY STORAGE, our priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff. We have therefore limited access to our office so as to ensure social distancing guidelines are maintained.

It should be noted that our storage are not a crowded place and have low intensity use. However, we strongly recommend our customers to minimize the risk of community spread by visiting your storage unit only if necessary. We would like to ask our customers to respect the social distancing guidelines of 2-meters or 6-feet away from others when inside MY STORAGE facility.

At this time, our offices are open, but you will find the door is locked during office hours. If you do need to speak to someone while onsite, we will be utilizing social distancing guidelines. HYGIENE

We have intensified the daily cleaning and disinfecting of MY STORAGE common areas particularly the most commonly touched areas such as door handles, access key pads, elevator buttons, reception desks, counter top, trolley’s handle etc.

MY STORAGE is equipped with hand sanitizing gel/liquid, we encourage customers to use these when at MY STORAGE facility.
Our staff are regularly updated on Public Health guidelines and the Government's latest recommendations.

ACCESSING YOUR UNIT

During this unusual time, MY STORAGE is making effort to limit the spread of the COVID-19 with different measures. We will try our best to limit the inconvenience caused to our customers.

As of 30th March 2020, existing customers will still be able to access their storage units using their PIN codes between 10am - 4pm Everyday including Public holidays. Customers with external units can continue to access the storage unit 24hrs/7days.

However, MY STORAGE opening hours may be subject to change at a short notice as at times we might have reduced staffing, your understanding is appreciated. Please visit this page to check any changes to the opening hours. Customers will also be emailed directly for any changes so please make sure you update your contact details with us.

Due to unprecedented time with COVID-19, our business open hours will be limited and appointment only basis between 10 am - 4 pm. Please call our staff on 0831077818. Our priority is the safety of our customers and staff during this time. Thank you for your understandings.

We will continue to closely monitor information from the Government and our public health officials, and to follow all guidelines to ensure we are doing everything we can to continue to provide a clean and safe environment for all of our valued customers.
